This project is built for doing sentiment analysis of users on an online e-commerce website named Flipkart. The dataset that is being used is of Flipkart users. The project is developed with the intention of predicting sentiment of the users so that similar recommendations can be provided to the users in future. Once the data is obtained, we have done data cleaning, Exploratory Data Analysis, implemented various Machine Learning algorithms and subsequently done hyperparameter tuning in order to achieve best results for the respective ML algorithm. All this is implemented in python on Google Collab and IU supercomputer named burrow. The future scope of the project is to take a larger dataset with less bias and more number of features with more datapoints.
